My journey into barbering began in 1989, at just 13 years old. A childhood friend asked me for a haircut, and with nothing but surgical scissors, a comb, and a double-edged razor, I gave him his first complete cut. That moment sparked something incredible in me—a passion for creating style and confidence through haircuts. From then on, I practiced with my cousins and friends, refining my craft by watching the only barber in my hometown of Gurabo, whose precision inspired me deeply.

By 15, I was spending school vacations working at my uncle’s barbershop. It was there I truly fell in love with the art of barbering, picking up techniques from each barber I worked with to develop my own unique style.
